The "why" for the VIP Experience?
I was asked recently about the “why” I went out and bought the limo for my clients to have such an experience? It was easy for me to respond that anyone that knows me, knows that I am obsessed with customer service! Which is why I chose NEXA Mortgage LLC as my home. I can now provide outstanding rates and fees, as well as the VIP service that I deliver the public and my Realtor partners. Within the customer service realm, I wanted to add something different that nobody else offered, something that would make the experience memorable. Everybody talks about having such great customer service, but I wanted to put my money where my mouth is, so I came up with the idea of buying a limousine and create the VIP Experience! To expound on the limousine idea, it used to be so exciting to buy a home, especially for first time homebuyers however, over the past several years regulations have tightened which took some of the excitement out the home buying process and made it more stressful. So why not do away with some of that stress and instead add some fun into the process again by offering the VIP Experience and showing people that they are not a number, but rather my VIP's!
What does the VIP Experience do for you?
- The Limo will pick you up at your home, work, or wherever you are to take you to and from the signing of your loan documents for your big day because you are my VIP!
- Sometime after closing when you are all settled in your new home (usually about 30 days after closing) I will send the limousine to take you out to dinner as a token of my appreciation for allowing me to help you and for being my VIP!
I know that buying a home is the single biggest purchase a person will make in their lifetime, and please know that you don’t have to buy a million dollar home to be my VIP!
The way I see it is being treated like a VIP is part of life events, it starts when we are young with every teenager wanting to take a limo to prom in high school, then it continues when we get married as the happy couple dreams of hopping into a limo to be swept off to their honeymoon! So why not be treated this way when you are making another life event with the largest purchase / investment in your life!
All in all, I just want people to not stress about buying a home, and instead enjoy the experience and know that I have their best interest in mind as I enjoy turning the mortgage process into a fun experience!
